摘要
通过对直接测频法、测周期法和等精度测频法三种常用频率测量方法原理的介绍和分析,结合锁相环的倍频和移相技术,提出了一种改进的等精度测频法,并对其工作原理进行了详细阐述和误差分析。相比于传统的等精度测频法,采用多路同频移相时钟同时进行计数测量,测量精度的可以提高多倍。最后在FPGA上设计了4路移相同频时钟进行了验证和测试,结果表明,测量分辨力由传统等精度测频法的4ns提高到了1ns,测量精度提升了4倍。
This paper presents three common frequency measurement methods:frequency measurement method,period measure⁃ment method and equal precision frequency measurement method.An improved equal precision frequency measurement method that was based on frequency doubling and phase shifting technology of PLL was proposed,and its working principle was elaborated in detail and error analysis was carried out.Compared with the traditional equal-precision frequency measurement method,the accuracy by us⁃ing multi-channel phase-shifting clock can be improved several times.A 4-channel different shift clock with the same frequency was designed on the FPGA to verify and test.According to the results,the measurement resolution has been improved from 4 ns of the tradi⁃tional equal precision frequency measurement method to 1 ns,and the measurement accuracy is improved by 4 times.
