摘要
目的研究限制性团体箱庭疗法对提升贫困大学生人际交往能力的作用。方法从山西大同大学在校生中选择贫困大学生若干人,分成实验组和对照组,实验组进行限制性团体箱庭治疗活动,实验前后两组均采用“人际交往能力问卷”来评估被试的人际交往能力。结果实验开始前实验组与对照组在人际交往能力的五个维度均无统计学上的显著差异;实验组实验前后人际交往能力在主动交往、适当拒绝、自我表露和情感支持四个维度上存在显著差异,在冲突管理维度上不存在显著差异;对照组实验前后人际交往能力的五个维度上未出现显著差异。结论限制性团体箱庭疗法可以提升贫困大学生人际交往能力。
Objective To study the effect of Restrictive Group Sandplay Therapy on improving interpersonal communication ability of impoverished college students.Methods Some impoverished college students selected from Shanxi Datong University were divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group carried out eight restrictive group chamber therapy activities.Before and after the experiment,the interpersonal communication ability questionnaire was used to evaluate the interpersonal communication ability of the subjects.Results At the beginning of the experiment,there was no significant difference in the five dimensions of interper⁃sonal communication ability between the experimental group and the control group.There were significant differences in the four dimen⁃sions of active communication,appropriate rejection,self-disclosure and emotional support before and after the experiment,and there were no significant differences in the dimension of conflict management.There were no significant differences in the five dimensions of interpersonal communication ability in control group before and after the experiment.Conclusion Restrictive group sandplay therapy can improve the interpersonal communication ability of impoverished college students.
