摘要
设计为一个简易多功能的液体容器,以STM32F103RCT6单片机为控制核心,采用HL-8型压力传感器和HX711AD转换电路进行液体重量的检测,通过超声波传感器实现液体的高度测量;根据不同液体介电常数的区别,通过自制电极检测在不同液体中的电容量,进行信号处理后,送给单片机内置的高精度ADC进行转换和辨别,将辨别结果在LCD12864上显示,同时对测量结果进行语音播报。测试结果表明:该液体容器具有价格比高、功耗低、使用方便、测量精度高等特点。
This design is a simple multi-functional liquid container,with STM32F103RCT6 as the control core,using HL-8 pressure sensor and HX711AD conversion circuit to detect the weight of liquid,and using ultrasonic sensor to measure the height of liquid,according to the difference of dielectric constant of different liquids,using self-made electrodes to detect the weight of liquid.The capacitance in different liquids is processed by signal processing,then converted and identified by high-precision ADC built in single-chip computer.The results of identification are displayed on LCD12864,and the results of measurement are broadcast by voice.
