不同孕周伴甲亢孕妇血清甲状腺激素及相关免疫抗体水平的变化 被引量:2

Changes of serum thyroid hormone and related immune antibodies in pregnant women with hyperthyroidism at different gestational weeks

摘要 目的:观察不同孕周伴甲状腺功能亢进孕妇血清甲状腺激素及相关免疫抗体水平变化及动态监测的临床意义。方法:选取2017年8月至2019年4月就诊于我院的56例伴甲状腺功能亢进孕妇为观察组,另选取同期56例健康体检孕妇为对照组。均行血清甲状腺激素[游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、四碘甲状腺原氨酸(T4)]、相关免疫抗体[促甲状腺素受体抗体(TRAb)、抗甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)]检测。对比两组不同孕周血清FT3、FT4、TSH、T3、T4水平、不同孕周TRAb、TPOAb阳性率。结果:观察组孕15周、孕25周、孕35周血清FT3、FT4、T3、T4水平较对照组高(P<0.05),血清TSH水平较对照组低(P<0.05);观察组孕15周、孕25周TRAb阳性率高于对照组,孕15周、孕25周、孕35周TPOAb阳性率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:伴甲状腺功能亢进孕妇血清FT3、FT4、T3、T4水平升高,血清TSH水平降低,TRAb、TPOAb阳性率高。
