通过介绍美国和日本应急管理体制机制和消防救援力量建设情况,探析两国在应急管理体制机制和消防救援力量建设方面的诸多经验,阐述了两国应急管理及消防工作对我国的启示。以期为推动我国消防救援力量体系重建、制度模式、队伍形象重塑及实现消防救援队伍高水平正规化、专业化、职业化提供参考和借鉴。

Based on the introduction of the emergency management system and the construction of fire rescue forces in the United States and Japan,some experiences are analyzed for China to draw upon.It is expected to provide reference to promote the reconstruction of fire fighting institution and rescue force system,as well as to rebuild the image of high-quality and professional emergency rescue teams.
