罗森塔尔效应护理在老年人工全髋关节置换术患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Rosenthal effect nursing in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty

目的探讨罗森塔尔效应护理在老年人工全髋关节置换术(THA)患者中的应用效果。方法选择2015年7月~2018年12月我院收治的行THA 76例老年患者,使用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=38)和观察组(n=38)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上使用罗森塔尔效应护理干预。比较两组干预前后心理状况、干预后自我管理能力及干预前后生活质量。结果干预后观察组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分分别为(11.35±1.22)、(14.67±1.58)分,低于对照组的(12.26±0.97)、(15.15±1.26)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后观察组疾病监测、情绪管理、压疮自我护理及用药依从性评分分别为(9.35±2.04)、(12.28±1.61)、(11.26±1.27)、(10.61±1.93)分,高于对照组的(7.23±1.16)、(9.21±0.59)、(8.45±0.88)、(8.12±1.16)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后观察组总体健康(76.45±7.32)分,高于对照组的(72.38±7.59)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论罗森塔尔效应护理干预可改善老年THA患者心理,提高其自我管理能力及生活质量,应用效果确切。

Objective To explore the application effect of Rosenthal effect nursing in elderly patients undergoing total hip arthroplasty(THA).Methods A total of 76 elderly patients undergoing THA in our hospital from July 2015 to December 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(n=38)and the observation group(n=38)by the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group was given Rosenthal effect nursing intervention.The psychological status before and after intervention,self-management ability after intervention,quality of life before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,Hamilton rating scale for depression(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)scores of the observation group were(11.35±1.22)and(14.67±1.58)points,lower than those of the control group for(12.26±0.97)and(15.15±1.26)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,scores of disease monitoring,emotion management,self-care of pressure sores and medication compliance were(9.35±2.04),(12.28±1.61),(11.26±1.27)and(10.61±1.93)points higher than those of the control group for(7.23±1.16),(9.21±0.59),(8.45±0.88)and(8.12±1.16)points,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the overall health score of the observation group was(76.45±7.32)points,higher than that of the control group for(72.38±7.59)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rosental effect nursing intervention can improve the psychological state,self-management ability and quality of life of elderly patients undergoing THA with definite effect.
