摘要
本文从船舶污染的防治要求入手,讨论港口环境污染有效治理存在的问题和成因,并对如何做好船舶污染的防治与港口环境污染有效治理给出具体建议。
Starting from the prevention and control requirements of ship pollution,this paper discusses the existing problems and causes of the effective treatment of port environmental pollution,and gives specific suggestions on how to do a good job in the prevention and control of ship pollution and port environmental pollution.
