浅谈强化环境监测质量管理体系建设

On Strengthening the Construction of Environmental Monitoring Quality Management System

为了进一步的提升环境监测技术的信息化和智能化,必须要完善区域环境监测体系,使其与城市现代化环境检测设备相匹配,提升环境与资源利用的最大化,以最小的成本获取最大化的收益。本文针对强化环境监测质量管理体系建设进行简要分析,结合《RBT214-2017检验检测机构资质认定能力评价检验检测机构通用要求》《检验检测机构资质认定生态环境监测机构评审补充要求》相关内容并提出合理化建议。

In order to further improve the informatization and intelligence of environmental monitoring technology,it is necessary to improve the regional environmental monitoring system,make it match with modern urban environmental detection equipment,improve the maximization of environment and resource utilization,and obtain the maximization of income with the minimum cost.Therefore,this paper mainly focuses on strengthening the construction of environmental monitoring quality management system,combining the relevant contents of rbt214-2017 General requirements for inspection and testing institutions to evaluate the qualification of inspection and testing institutions and supplementary requirements for evaluation of ecological environmental monitoring institutions to identify the qualification of inspection and testing institutions,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.
