硫化钠转炉尾气治理工艺研究

Study on Tail Gas Treatment Technology of Sodium Sulfide Converter

本文对新型布袋除尘+湿法脱硫工艺尾气处理工艺进行分析,并以安徽某公司为例,介绍该工艺的应用情况。该公司2019年采用上述工艺方案对尾气进行治理,工程完成后,经第三方检测,脱硫塔出口烟气尘含量≤10mg/m3,硫含量≤35mg/m3,达到设计指标使该厂硫化钠转炉烟气达到超净排放要求,确保了车间正常运行。

This paper analyzes the treatment process of the tail gas of the new bag dust removal+wet desulfurization process,and introduces the application of the process with an example of a company in Anhui Province.In 2019,the company adopted the above process plan to control the tail gas.After the completion of the project,through the third-party inspection,the dust content of the flue gas at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is≤10mg/m3,and the sulfur content is≤35mg/m3,which meets the design index to make the flue gas of the sodium sulfide converter in the plant meet the requirements of ultra clean emission and ensure the normal operation of the workshop.
