摘要
以滁州市某甲醛生产项目为例,借助EIAProA模型对建设项目环境风险进行分析、预测和评估,根据预测评估结果,提出环境风险预防、控制及减缓措施,从而为建设项目环境风险防控提供科学依据。应用研究表明,该模型对于模拟化工项目最不利气象条件下和最常规气象条件下污染源预测浓度随时间和空间变化情况,具有较好的实用性。
Taking a formaldehyde production project in Chuzhou as an example,this paper analyzes,forecasts and evaluates the environmental risk of the construction project with the aid of eiaproa model,and puts forward the environmental risk prevention,control and mitigation measures according to the prediction and evaluation results,so as to provide scientific basis for the environmental risk prevention and control of the construction project.The application study shows that the model has good practicability for simulating the change of pollution source prediction concentration with time and space under the most unfavorable meteorological conditions and the most conventional meteorological conditions of chemical projects.
