为稳定性冠心病患者使用丹七片进行治疗对其血管内皮功能及血脂代谢的影响

Effects of danqi tablets on vascular endothelial function and lipid metab olism in patients with stable coronary heart disease

目的:探讨为稳定性冠心病患者使用丹七片进行治疗对其血管内皮功能及血脂代谢的影响。方法:将2015年1月至2017年1月期间北京市海淀医院收治的126例稳定性冠心病患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机平均分为对照组和观察组。对两组患者均进行常规用药治疗。在此基础上,为观察组患者使用丹七片进行治疗。然后,比较两组患者血清总胆固醇(TC)的水平、血清甘油三酯(TG)的水平、血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)的水平、血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)的水平、血清内皮素-1(ET-1)的水平、血清一氧化氮(NO)的水平及不良反应的发生率。结果:接受治疗前,两组患者血清TC的水平、血清TG的水平、血清HDL-C的水平、血清LDL-C的水平、血清NO的水平及血清ET-1的水平相比,P>0.05。接受治疗后,观察组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者,其血清TG的水平、血清LDL-C的水平及血清ET-1的水平均低于对照组患者,其血清NO的水平高于对照组患者,P<0.05;两组患者血清TC的水平、血清HDL-C的水平、瘀斑的发生率、皮疹的发生率、恶心的发生率及转氨酶异常的发生率相比,P>0.05。结论:在对稳定性冠心病患者进行常规用药治疗的基础上,为其使用丹七片进行治疗,可改善其血脂代谢紊乱,保护其血管内皮的功能,且具有较高的安全性。

objective:to investigate the effect of danqi tablets on vascular endothelial function and lipid metabolism in patients with stable coronary heart disease.Methods:126 patients with stable coronary heart disease admitted to haidian hospital of Beijing from January 2015 to January 2017 were studied.The patients were randomly divided into control and observation groups.Both groups were treated with conventional medication.On this basis,patients in the observation group were treated with Dan 7 tablets.Then,serum total cholesterol(TC)level,serum triglyceride(TG)level,serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(hdl-c)level,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(ldl-c)level,serum endothelin-1(et-1)level,serum nitric oxide(NO)level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:before treatment,the serum TC level,serum TG level,serum hdl-c level,serum ldl-c level,serum NO level and serum et-1 level of the two groups were compared,P>0.05.After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the serum TG level,serum ldl-c level and serum et-1 level were all lower than those of the control group,and the serum NO level was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Serum TC level,serum hdl-c level,the incidence of ecchymosis,the incidence of rash,the incidence of nausea and the incidence of abnormal transaminase in the two groups were compared,P>0.05.Conclusion:on the basis of conventional drug treatment for patients with stable coronary heart disease,the use of Dan qi tablets for the treatment can improve their lipid metabolism disorders,protect their vascular endothelial function,and has a high safety.
