益母草颗粒联合妇舒颗粒治疗产后月经不调的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Leonurus Granules Combined with Fushu Granules in the Treatment of Postpartum Irregular Menstruation

目的:研究益母草颗粒联合妇舒颗粒治疗产后月经不调的临床效果。方法:选取2017年5月-2018年5月笔者所在医院收治的100例产后月经不调患者,随机分为单药治疗组和联合治疗组,各50例。单药治疗组使用益母草颗粒治疗,联合治疗组在此基础上加用妇舒颗粒,对比两组治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率,对治疗前后P、E2、LH、FSH水平、子宫内膜厚度进行检测。结果:治疗后联合治疗组总有效率、P、E2水平、子宫内膜厚度均高于单药治疗组,LH、FSH水平、不良反应发生率均低于单药治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:益母草颗粒联合妇舒颗粒治疗产后月经不调效果较好,能够有效提高患者体内的激素水平,增加子宫内膜厚度,且不良反应较少。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Leonurus Granule combined with Fushu Granule in the treatment of postpartum irregular menstruation.Method:From May 2017 to May 2018,100 patients with postpartum irregular menstruation in our hospital were randomly divided into the single drug treatment group and the combined treatment group,with 50 cases in each group.The single drug treatment group was treated with Leonurus Granule,and the combined treatment group was treated with Fushu Granules on this basis.The total effective rate and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared,and P,E2,LH,FSH levels and endometrial thickness were detected before and after treatment.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate,levels of P,E2 and endometrial thickness of the combined treatment group were higher than those of the single drug treatment group,and the levels of LH,FSH and the incidence of adverse reactions were lower than those of the single drug treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Leonurus Granule combined with Fushu Granule has a good effect in the treatment of postpartum irregular menstruation,which can effectively improve the hormone level in patients,increase the endometrial thickness,and have fewer adverse reactions.
