一次性宫腔压迫球囊与B-Lynch缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的治疗效果比较

Comparison of the Clinical Effect of One-off Uterine Compression Balloon and B-Lynch Suture in the Treatment of Postpartum Hemorrhage after Cesarean Section

目的:比较一次性宫腔压迫球囊与B-Lynch缝合术对剖宫产产后出血的治疗效果。方法:选择2016年10月-2019年7月笔者所在医院收治的剖宫产产后出血患者94例,按照随机数字表法将其分为两组,每组47例。对照组采取B-Lynch缝合术治疗,研究组采取一次性宫腔压迫球囊治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后2、24 h出血量及输血量均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组止血有效率为100%,高于对照组的87.23%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组子宫切除率为0,低于对照组的12.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:一次性宫腔压迫球囊在剖宫产产后出血中的止血效果优于B-Lynch缝合术,能够减少出血量,降低子宫切除风险。

Objective:To compare the therapeutic effect of one-off uterine compression balloon and B-Lynch suture in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section.Method:A total of 94 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to July 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with B-Lynch suture,and the study group was treated with one-off uterine compression balloon.The clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The amount of blood loss at 2 and 24 h after treatment and blood transfusion of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate of hemostasis in the study group was 100%,which was higher than 87.23%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hysterectomy rate of the study group was 0,which was lower than 12.77%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The hemostasis effect of one-off uterine compression balloon in postpartum hemorrhage after cesarean section is better than that of B-Lynch suture,which can reduce the amount of blood loss and reduce the risk of hysterectomy.
