Nursing Care of 4 Children with Alagille Syndrome

目的:探讨4例Alagille综合征患儿护理经验。方法:对4例Alagille综合征患儿住院期间的皮肤瘙痒护理、营养管理、用药护理、心理护理、安全护理及健康教育等过程进行总结。结果:患儿平均住院时长(21.17±7.18)d,住院期间经对症治疗及护理,患儿瘙痒症状改善,脂肪泻消失,病情好转出院。出院后门诊随访2.0~7.7年,1例失访,3例规律随访患儿病情稳定。结论:对Alagille患儿进行正确治疗及针对性护理,能改善其因胆汁淤性造成的皮肤瘙痒及脂肪泻等临床表现。

Objective:To explore the nursing experience of 4 children with Alagille syndrome.Method:The processes of skin itching nursing,nutrition management,medication nursing,psychological nursing,safety nursing and health education were summarized in 4 children of Alagille syndrome during the hospitalization.Result:The average length of hospitalization of the children was(21.17±7.18)d.After symptomatic treatment and nursing during the hospitalization,the itching symptoms of the children were improved,the steatorrhea disappeared,and the children’s condition improved and was discharged from the hospital.The outpatient follow-up ranged 2.0 to 7.7 years after discharge,with 1 case lost to follow-up,and 3 cases were regularly followed up and their condition was stable.Conclusion:Correct treatment and targeted nursing for children with Alagille syndrome can improve the clinical manifestations of skin itching and steatorrhea caused by cholestasis.
