品管圈活动对NICU早产儿母乳喂养率及产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响

Effect of Quality Control Circle Activities on Breast-feeding Rate of Premature Infants in NICU and Self-efficacy of Maternal Breast-feeding

目的:探讨品管圈活动对NICU早产儿母乳喂养率及产妇母乳喂养自我效能的影响。方法:选取2017年7月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的NICU早产儿100例,随机分为两组,各50例,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施品管圈活动干预,对两组不同时间段母乳喂养率、产妇母乳喂养自我效能评分、喂养知识、技能与实践能力、早产儿发育指标等进行对比。结果:产后2、3、4周,研究组母乳喂养率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组母乳喂养自我效能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后研究组喂养知识、技能与实践能力评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组早产儿发育指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对母乳喂养NICU早产儿实施品管圈活动干预,可显著改善母乳喂养率及产妇母乳喂养自我效能评分,改善早产儿发育情况,使产妇对母乳喂养树立积极的心态,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the effect of quality management circle activity on breast feeding rate and maternal breast feeding self-efficacy in premature infants with NICU.Method:From July 2017 to January 2019,100 premature infants in NICU were randomly divided into the control group(n=50)and the study group(n=50).In the control group,routine nursing was carried out,and in the study group,the intervention of quality control activities was carried out.The breast feeding rate,maternal breast feeding self-efficacy score,feeding knowledge,skill and practice ability and development index were compared between the two groups.Result:The breast-feeding rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group at 2,3 and 4 weeks postpartum(P<0.05).The self-efficacy of breast-feeding in the study group after intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of feeding knowledge,skill and practical ability in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The development index of premature infants in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Breast feeding NICU premature infants can significantly improve the breast feeding rate and maternal breast feeding selfefficacy score,improve the development of premature infants,so that parturients have a positive attitude towards breastfeeding,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
