黛力新联合布拉氏酵母菌治疗伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型IBS患者的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Deanxit Combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii in Treatment of Diarrhea IBS Patients with Anxiety and Depression

目的:探讨黛力新与布拉氏酵母菌(亿活)联合应用治疗伴有焦虑和抑郁的腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2019年1月收治的86例伴有焦虑抑郁状态的腹泻型IBS患者,根据患者意愿分为两组,各43例。普通治疗组单纯采用亿活治疗,联合治疗组采用黛力新与亿活联合治疗,比较治疗后两组临床疗效、心理状态。结果:联合治疗组腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、大便异常改善总有效率均高于普通治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组临床总有效率高于普通治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合治疗组焦虑评分和抑郁评分均低于普通治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用黛力新与布拉氏酵母菌联合应用治疗伴有焦虑状态和抑郁状态的腹泻型IBS患者,可有效降低患者情绪障碍,增加治疗效果,可广泛在临床上实施。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Deanxit combined with Saccharomyces Boulardii(Yihuo)in treatment of diarrhea IBS patients with anxiety and depression.Method:From January 2017 to January 2019,86 diarrhea IBS patients with anxiety and depression in our hospital were selected,and were divided into two groups according to the patients’wishes,43 cases each.The general treatment group was treated with Yihuo alone,while the combined treatment group was treated with Deanxit and Yihuo.The clinical effect and psychological state of the two groups were compared after treatment.Result:The total improvement effective rate of abdominal pain,abdominal distension,diarrhea,abnormal stool in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the general treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical efficiency in the combined treatment group was higher than that in the general treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The anxiety score and depression score in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the general treatment group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Deanxit and Saccharomyces Boulardii in the treatment of diarrhea IBS patients with anxiety and depression can effectively reduce the emotional disorders of patients,increase the treatment effect,and can be widely used in clinical practice.
