甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Insulin Glargine Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes

目的:观察并且分析2型糖尿病采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年5月-2019年5月收治的110例2型糖尿病患者,通过电脑随机抽取的方式分为对照组和试验组,每组55例。对照组采用二甲双胍单一治疗,观察组予以甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗。观察两组治疗后血糖指标情况、不良反应发生情况和临床治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗后各项血糖指标均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组治疗后不良反应发生率为14.55%,观察组为10.91%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.55%,高于对照组的78.18%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍进行2型糖尿病的治疗,能够显著改善患者血糖水平,且能够有效提高临床治疗效果,值得应用并推广。

Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical effect of Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin in treatment of type 2 diabetes.Method:A total of 110 patients with type 2 diabetes admitted to our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019 were randomly selected,and were divided into the control group and the experimental group randomly,with 55 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were only treated with Metformin,while patients in the experimental group were treated with Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin.The blood glucose index,adverse reactions and clinical effect of the two groups of patients after treatment were observed.Result:The blood glucose indexes of the experimental group were better than those of the the control group after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment was 14.55%in the control group and 10.91%in the experimental group,there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).The effective rate in the experimental group was 94.55%,higher than 78.18%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of Insulin Glargine combined with Metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes can significantly improve the patients’blood glucose level,and can effectively improve the clinical treatment efficiency,worthy of application and promotion.
