Objective:To study the changes of perioperative tympanic membrane temperature and axillary temperature in patients undergoing abdominal surgery under general anesthesia.Method:From May 2018 to January 2019,40 patients with abdominal surgery under general anesthesia in our hospital were selected. After entering the operating room, the tympanic membrane temperature and the axillary temperature were monitored at the same time. After induction of anesthesia, the tympanic membrane temperature and the axillary temperature were recorded every 20 min.The changes of tympanic membrane temperature and axillary temperature at different time points within 180 min after induction of anesthesia were observed.Bland-Altman analysis was used to analyze the consistency of tympanic membrane temperature and axillary temperature.Result:After induction of anesthesia, the temperature of tympanic membrane and axillary gradually decreased with the change of time.the difference was statistically significant(F=67.617,P=0.000).Bland-Altman analysis showed that the tympanic membrane temperature was consistent with the axillary temperature, showed a good correlation. Conclusion:The temperature of patients undergoing abdominal surgery will decrease after general anesthesia, and the continuous wireless temperature monitoring sensor measures the tympanic membrane temperature, which can be used for perioperative temperature monitoring.
