结肠镜下聚桂醇硬化注射术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度内痔的研究

Study on the Treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ Degree Internal Hemorrhoids with Sclerosing Injection of Lauromacrogol under Colonoscopy

目的:分析应用结肠镜下聚桂醇硬化注射术治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度内痔的效果。方法:选取2019年1-9月笔者所在医院收治的116例内痔患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组采用传统手术治疗,观察组采用结肠镜下聚桂醇硬化注射术治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.8%,对照组治疗总有效率为96.6%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组手术时间、症状消失时间均明显优于对照组,术中出血量明显少于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为3.4%,明显低于对照组的19.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ度内痔中,应用结肠镜下聚桂醇硬化注射术可以有效缩短手术时间、症状消失时间,减少术中出血量,降低并发症发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of the application of sclerosing injection of Lauromacrogol under colonoscopy in the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree internal hemorrhoids.Method:A total of 116 patients with internal hemorrhoids admitted in our hospital from January to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 58 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional surgery,and the observation group was treated with sclerosing injection of Lauromacrogol under colonoscopy.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate was 94.8% in the observation group,and 96.6% in the control group.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).The operation time and symptom disappearance time of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was significantly less than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 3.4%,which was significantly lower than 19.0% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of Ⅱ and Ⅲ degree internal hemorrhoids,sclerosing injection of Lauromacrogol under colonoscopy can effectively reduce the operation time,symptom disappearance time,reduce the intraoperative blood loss,and reduce the incidence of complications.
