清肺化纤汤对特发性肺纤维化患者肺功能及肺纤维化指标的影响

Effect of Qingfei Huaxian Decoction on Pulmonary Function and Pulmonary Fibrosis Index in Patients with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis

目的:探讨清肺化纤汤治疗特发性肺纤维化(IPF)患者的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年6月-2019年8月收治的IPF患者84例,按随机数字表法将患者分为两组,各42例。对照组行西药治疗,试验组在此基础上行清肺化纤汤治疗,两组均连续治疗8周。比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、肺功能、肺纤维化指标及治疗安全性。结果:试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组,中医证候积分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC)均高于对照组,血清层粘连蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:IPF患者行清肺化纤汤治疗可有效减轻临床症状,改善肺功能,降低肺纤维化指标水平,安全性较高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Qingfei Huaxian Decoction on patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF).Method:Eighty-four patients with IPF admitted in our hospital from June 2017 to August 2019 were selected,and the patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine.The experimental group was treated with Qingfei Huaxian Decoction on this basis.Both groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,pulmonary function,pulmonary fibrosis index,and treatment safety were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The forced vital capacity (FVC) and ratio of forced expiratory volume in the first second to forced vital capacity (FEV1/FVC) of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the levels of serum laminin (LN) and hyaluronic acid (HA) were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).During the treatment,there were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:The treatment of Qingfei Huaxian Decoction in patients with IPF can effectively reduce the clinical symptoms,improve pulmonary function,reduce the level of pulmonary fibrosis index,and has higher safety.
