风险意识护理在哮喘患者中的应用及对细胞因子的影响

Application of Risk Awareness Nursing in Patients with Asthma and Its Effect on Cytokines

目的:探究风险意识护理在哮喘患者中的应用及对细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2017年1月-2019年11月在笔者所在医院就诊的哮喘患者156例,依据护理方案的不同将其划分为对照组与研究组,每组78例。对照组采用常规护理,研究组则采用风险意识护理。比较两组患者Th1/Th2细胞水平、细胞因子表达水平、护理质量及并发症发生情况。结果:研究组护理后Th1、Th1/Th2水平高于对照组,Th2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理后IL-4水平低于对照组,IFN-γ水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率为3.8%,低于对照组的16.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对哮喘患者采用风险意识护理,可改善机体中细胞因子的表达水平,还能提升Th1/Th2细胞水平,降低并发症发生率,值得在临床中推广及深入研究。

Objective:To explore the application of risk awareness nursing in patients with asthma and its effect on cytokines.Method:A total of 156 case of asthma patients admitted in our hospital from January 2017 to November 2019 were selected.According to the different nursing plan,they were divided into the control group and the study group,with 78 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given risk awareness nursing.The Th1/Th2 cell levels,cytokine expression levels,nursing quality and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After nursing,Th1 and Th1/Th2 levels in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and Th2 level in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).After nursing,the level of IL-4 in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the level of IFN-γ in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing quality of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 3.8%,which was lower than 16.7% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Risk awareness nursing for asthma patients can improve the expression level of cytokines in the body,improve the Th1/Th2 cell level,and reduce the incidence of complications,which is worthy of promotion and in-depth study in clinical practice.
