舒适护理在全脑血管造影术患者中的应用效果

The Application Effect of Comfortable Nursing in Patients with Cerebral Angiography

目的:探讨舒适护理在全脑血管造影术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年9月-2019年8月于笔者所在医院神经外科接受全脑血管造影术的120例患者作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法分为两组,每组60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施舒适护理,比较两组并发症发生率、舒适度评分、不良情绪评分、护理满意度。结果:观察组并发症发生率为0,显著低于对照组的8.33%(P<0.05)。护理后,两组舒适度评分均高于护理前,且观察组舒适度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组不良情绪评分均低于护理前,且观察组不良情绪评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。结论:将舒适护理应用于神经外科全脑血管造影术患者围术期中,可显著减少并发症,提高舒适度,有利于缓解不良情绪,使患者对护理服务更加满意。

Objective:To explore the application effect of comfortable nursing in patients with cerebral angiography.Method:From September 2018 to August 2019,120 cases who underwent cerebral angiography in neurosurgery department of our hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups,60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given comfortable nursing.The incidence of complications,comfort score,bad mood score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:The incidence of complications was 0 in the observation group,which was lower than 8.33% of the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the comfort scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before nursing,while the comfort score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).After nursing,the bad mood scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before nursing,while the bad mood scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction was 95.00% in the observation group,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfortable nursing in the perioperative period of cerebral angiography for neurosurgical patients can significantly reduce complications,improve the comfort,help to alleviate bad mood,and make patients more satisfied with the nursing service.
