舒筋止痛水定向药透对下肢血管介入术后腰痛患者的影响

Effects of Shujin Analgesic Water-oriented Drug Penetration on Patients with Low Back Pain after Vascular Intervention in Lower Limbs

目的:观察舒筋止痛水定向药透对下肢血管介入术后腰痛患者的效果。方法:选取下肢血管介入术后腰痛患者60例,随机分为对照组与试验组,各30例。对照组予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上予舒筋止痛水定向药透,观察两组视觉模拟疼痛评分(VAS)及腰痛改善率。结果:制动停止时试验组VAS评分为(3.65±0.93)分,低于对照组的(4.55±1.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组腰痛总改善率为83.33%,高于对照组的46.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋止痛水定向药透能降低下肢血管介入术后腰痛患者的疼痛程度。

Objective:To observe the effect of Shujin Analgesic Water-oriented drug penetration on patients with low back pain after vascular intervention in lower limbs.Method:Sixty patients with low back pain after vascular intervention in lower limbs were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the test group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing.Based on the routine nursing,the test group was given Shujin Analgesic Water-oriented drug penetration.Visual analogue scale (VAS) scores and improvement rate of low back pain of two groups were compared.Result:The VAS score of the test group was (3.65±0.93) points when braking stopped,which was lower than (4.55±1.28) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The total improvement rate of low back pain of the test group was 83.33%,which was higher than 46.67% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Shujin Analgesic Water-oriented drug penetration can reduce the pain degree of patients with low back pain after vascular intervention in lower limbs.
