超声龈下洁治和手工龈下刮治在慢性牙周炎治疗中的效果对比

Comparison of Effect of Ultrasound Subgingival Cleansing and Manual Subgingival Scrape in the Treatment of Chronic Periodontitis

目的:对比超声龈下洁治和手工龈下刮治对慢性牙周炎的治疗效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1-12月接诊的60例慢性牙周炎患者,将其分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组使用手工龈下刮治,观察组进行超声龈下洁治,对比两组菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着水平。结果:治疗前两组菌斑指数、牙龈出血指数、牙周袋深度、附着水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后1个月观察组各指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后3个月两组菌相关指标比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对于慢性牙周炎患者使用超声龈下洁治可以明显改善患者牙龈出血程度和牙周袋深度,值得进一步推广应用。

Objective:To compare the effects of ultrasonic subgingival cleaning and manual subgingival curettage on chronic periodontitis.Method:Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis who were admitted to our hospital from January to December 2018 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with manual subgingival curettage.Patients in the observation group were treated with ultrasonic subgingival cleansing.The plaque index,gum bleeding index,periodontal pocket depth,and attachment level were compared between the two groups.Result:There was no significant difference in plaque index,gingival bleeding index,periodontal bag depth and attachment level between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05),and all indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group 1 month after treatment,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the correlation indexes between the two groups 3 months after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusion:The use of ultrasonic subgingival cleaning for patients with chronic periodontitis can significantly improve the degree of gum bleeding and periodontal pocket depth,which is worth further promotion and application.
