盐酸青藤碱肠溶片联合美洛昔康、甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎效果评价

The Efficacy Evaluation of Sinomenine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets Combined with Meloxicam and Methotrexate in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

目的:探究盐酸青藤碱肠溶片联合美洛昔康、甲氨蝶呤治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年9月-2019年3月RA患者96例,根据采用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=48)、对照组(n=48),对照组给予美洛昔康、甲氨蝶呤,研究组在对照组基础上联合盐酸青藤碱肠溶片,比较两组治疗效果、治疗前后抗环瓜氨酸肽(抗CC)抗体、关节疼痛指数、晨僵持续时间。结果:研究组治疗总有效率91.67%(44/48),高于对照组的77.08%(37/48),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组抗CC抗体、关节疼痛指数、晨僵持续时间均有所降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率10.42%(5/48),与对照组的6.25%(3/48)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸青藤碱肠溶片联合美洛昔康、甲氨蝶呤治疗RA效果确切,可有效改善临床症状,缓解关节疼痛,缩短晨僵持续时间,安全性高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Sinomenine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets combined with Meloxicam and Methotrexate in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA).Method:From September 2017 to March 2019,96 cases with RA in our hospital were selected,according to the random number table method they were divided into the research group (n=48) and the control group (n=48),the control group given Meloxicam and Methotrexate,on the basis of the control group,the research group given Sinomenine Hydrochloride Enteric-coated Tablets,the treatment effect,ring citrulline peptide antibodies (CC) resistance,morning stiffness,joint pain index duration before and after treatment in two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate was 91.67% (44/48) in the study group,it compared with 77.08% (37/48) in the control group was significant difference (P<0.05).After treatment,anti-CC antibody,joint pain index and morning stiffness duration of the two groups were decreased,and the study group was lower than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 10.42% (5/48) and the control group was 6.25% (3/48),there was no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Sinomenine Hydrochloride Enteric-dissolution Tablets combined with Meloxicam and Methotrexate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,relieve joint pain,shorten the duration of morning stiffness,with high safety.
