小儿肺炎喘嗽应用磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗时针对性护理的效果

Effectiveness of Targeted Nursing in Children with Pneumonia Asthma Treated with Magnetic Heat Point Application

目的:分析小儿肺炎喘嗽应用磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗时针对性护理的效果。方法:选择100例小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿,所有患儿均予以常规西药治疗+磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗,机械抽样法分为对照组与研究组,其中,对照组实施常规护理,研究组实施针对性护理。对组间的护理有效率、住院时间、日间咳嗽评分与夜间咳嗽评分进行指标对比。结果:研究组护理有效率高于对照组,住院时间、治疗后日间咳嗽评分与夜间咳嗽评分指标均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对小儿肺炎喘嗽患儿应用磁热穴位敷贴辅助治疗,并加用针对性护理干预,可以有效缩短其住院时长,减轻咳嗽症状。

Objective:To analyze the effect of targeted nursing in children with pneumonia asthma treated with magnetic heat point application.Method:A total of 100 children with pediatric pneumonia asthma were selected.All children were treated with conventional western medicine plus magnetic heat acupoint application.The mechanical sampling method was divided into the control group and the study group.Among them,the control group received conventional care and the study group implemented targeted care.The indexes of nursing effectiveness,length of hospital stay,daytime cough score and nighttime cough score were compared between groups.Result:The nursing effectiveness of the study group was higher than that of the control group.The length of hospital stay,daytime cough score and night cough score after treatment were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting magnetic heat acupoint application as an adjunct to children with pneumonia asthma,combined with targeted nursing interventions,can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and reduce the degree of cough symptoms.
