五根管道集束化护理在特重度烧伤患者多管道急救护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of Cluster Nursing of Five Tubes in Multi Tube Emergency Nursing for Patients with Severe Burn

目的:探讨五根管道集束化护理在特重度烧伤患者多管道急救护理中的应用效果。方法:选择笔者所在医院2016年1月-2017年6月收治的20例特重度烧伤患者作为对照组,2017年7月-2019年1月收治的22例特重度烧伤患者作为试验组。按急诊护理程序给予对照组急救护理,试验组在对照组基础上采用五根管道集束化护理,对比两组干预效果。结果:试验组预检分诊时间、到达烧伤ICU时间、建立静脉通道时间、缺氧改善时间、早期有效救治时间均早于对照组(P<0.05);试验组抢救成功率为90.91%,与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组肾功能不全、感染及消化道出血发生率均显著低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在特重度烧伤患者急救护理中应用五根管道集束化护理可显著缩短分诊及等待时间,为患者的后续治疗打下坚实基础,能显著降低并发症发生率,且患者护理满意度高,值得临床推广使用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of cluster nursing of five tubes in multi tube emergency nursing for patients with severe burn.Method:Twenty patients with severe burn admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the control group,and twenty-two patients with severe burn admitted from July 2017 to January 2019 were selected as the experimental group.The control group was given emergency nursing according to the emergency nursing procedure,and the experimental group was given cluster nursing of five tubes on the basis of the control group,and the intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Result:The time of pre-examination and triage,the time of arriving at the ICU of burns,the time of establishing venous channels,the time of improving hypoxia and the time of early effective treatment in the experimental group were earlier than those of the control group (P<0.05).The rescue success rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was not statistically significant (P>0.05).The incidences of renal dysfunction,infection and gastrointestinal bleeding in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the score of nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cluster nursing of five tubes in the emergency nursing for patients with severe burn can significantly shorten the time of triage and waiting,lay a solid foundation for the follow-up treatment of patients,significantly reduce the incidence of complications,and patients with high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
