居家骨科护理平台在髋关节置换术后患者护理中的应用观察

Observation on the Application of Home Orthopedic Nursing Platform in the Nursing of Patients after Hip Replacement

目的:探究居家骨科护理平台在髋关节置换术后患者康复护理中的应用,为髋关节患者居家护理提供参考。方法:选取在笔者所在医院就诊的髋关节置换术后患者87例,随机分为观察组(n=44)和对照组(n=43),两组都给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上再采用居家骨科护理平台进行护理干预。分别在两组患者入院时及出院6个月时采用健康促进生活方式量表(health promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ)、Harris髋关节评分表、Barthel评分表及生活质量SF-36量表对两组情况进行评估,比较两组干预前后各评分变化。结果:出院6个月时,观察组的健康促进生活方式量表各项评分、Harris髋关节评分、Barthel评分及生活质量SF-36量表评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:居家护理干预平台的应用有效促进患者养成健康康复行为,改善其髋关节功能、日常活动功能及生活质量。

Objective:To explore the application of home orthopedic nursing platform in rehabilitation nursing of patients after hip replacement,so as to provide reference for home-based nursing of patients with hip joint.Method:A total of 87 patients after hip replacement were selected,and randomly divided into the observation group (n=44) and the control group (n=43).Both groups were given routine nursing.On this basis,the observation group used home orthopedic nursing platform for nursing intervention.Health promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ,Harris hip joint rating scale,Barthel rating scale and SF-36 quality of life scale were used to evaluate the two groups at the time of admission and 6 months after discharge respectively,and the changes of scores before and after intervention were compared.Result:After 6 months of discharge,the scores of health promoting lifestyle profile Ⅱ,Harris hip joint,Barthel and SF-36 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of home orthopedic nursing platform can promote patients to develop healthy rehabilitation behavior,improve their hip function,daily activity function and quality of life.
