儿童呼吸系统护理质量管理中PDCA循环的应用研究

The Application of PDCA Cycle in the Quality Management of Children’s Respiratory System Nursing

目的:分析PDCA循环管理在儿科呼吸系统疾病护理质量管理中的应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院儿科收治的100例呼吸系统疾病患儿参与本次试验,所有患儿均给予常规治疗,采取计算机随机抽签法从该100例患者中抽取50例作为对照组,实施常规护理,再将未被抽取的50例患者设为观察组,实施常规护理+PDCA循环管理,两组护理人员均为15名,就两组护理质量、不良事件发生率、家属护理满意度进行分析和比较。结果:观察组护理人员护理质量评分均较对照组更高,观察组患儿不良事件发生率(2.0%)较对照组(18.0%)更低,家属护理满意度(96.0%)较对照组(80.0%)更高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在儿科呼吸系统疾病护理质量管理中应用PDCA循环有助于提升护理服务质量,预防各类不良事件,建立起良好的护患关系。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of PDCA circulation management in nursing quality management of pediatric respiratory diseases.Method:A total of 100 children with respiratory diseases in our hospital were selected to participate in the experiment.All patients were given routine treatment.A total of 50 patients were randomly selected from the 100 patients by computer as the control group to carry out routine nursing,and then 50 patients who were not selected were set as the observation group to carry out routine nursing+PDCA circulation management.There were 15 nurses in both groups.The nursing quality,the incidence of adverse events and the satisfaction of family members were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Result:The nursing quality score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the incidence of adverse events in the observation group (2.0%) was lower than that of the control group (18.0%),the nursing satisfaction of family members (96.0%) was higher than that of the control group (80.0%),there were significant differences in two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of PDCA circulation in the nursing quality management of pediatric respiratory diseases is helpful to improve the quality of nursing service,prevent all kinds of adverse events,and establish a good relationship between nurses and patients.
