优质护理对高血压脑出血术后患者康复的效果

Effect of High Quality Nursing on the Rehabilitation of Postoperative Patients with Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage

目的:探讨优质护理对高血压脑出血术后患者康复状况的影响。方法:将2015年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院神经外科60例高血压脑出血术后患者纳入本次研究,随机分成对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组实施基础护理,研究组在基础护理基础上实施优质护理,分析两组并发症发生率及康复效果。结果:研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=4.043,P=0.044);干预4周后,研究组NIHSS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预4周后,研究组日常生活能力优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(X^2=9.932,P=0.002)。结论:对高血压脑出血术后患者实施优质护理可提高康复效果。

Objective:To investigate the effect of high quality nursing on the rehabilitation of postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Method:A total of 60 postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in the Neurosurgery Department of our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were enrolled in this study.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic nursing,and the study group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the basic nursing,and the incidence of complications and rehabilitation effect of the two groups were analyzed.Result:The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (X^2=4.043,P=0.044).After 4 weeks of intervention,the score of NIHSS in the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).After 4 weeks of intervention,the excellent and good rate of ability of daily living in the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (X^2=9.932,P=0.002).Conclusion:The implementation of high quality nursing for postoperative patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can improve the effect of rehabilitation.
