初产妇妊娠期健康管理对围生期情绪状态及妊娠结局的影响

The Influence of Health Management of Primipara during Pregnancy on Perinatal Emotional State and Pregnancy Outcome

目的:将健康管理用于初产妇妊娠期中,分析其对初产妇围生期情绪状态及妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2017年2月-2018年2月笔者所在医院接收的初产妇140例,以数字随机表法分为观察组(n=70)与参照组(n=70),参照组行常规保健,观察组在此基础上行妊娠期健康管理,对两组干预结果进行观察。结果:入组当天两组HAMA、HAMD评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),出院当天观察组上述评分均低于参照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产率、早产率、巨大儿率、胎儿窘迫率分别为27.14%、4.29%、1.43%、1.43%,均低于参照组的45.71%、17.14%、11.43%、10.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期健康管理可改善初产妇围生期情绪状态,还可降低剖宫产率、胎儿窘迫率,利于改善妊娠结局,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the influence of health management on the perinatal emotional state and pregnancy outcome of primipara.Method:A total of 140 primiparas in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were selected,and were randomly divided into the observation group (n=70) and the reference group (n=70).The reference group was given routine health care.On this basis,the observation group was given health management during pregnancy,and the results of the two groups were observed.Result:There was no significant difference between the two groups in HAMA and HAMD scores on the day of admission (P>0.05).The above scores on the day of discharge in the observation group were lower than those in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The cesarean section rate,premature delivery rate,macrosomia rate and fetal distress rate in the observation group were 27.14%,4.29%,1.43% and 1.43%,respectively,which were lower than 45.71%,17.14%,11.43% and 10.00% in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Health management during pregnancy can improve the perinatal emotional state of primipara,reduce the rate of cesarean section and fetal distress,and improve the outcome of pregnancy,which is worth applying.
