临床路径教学在基层医院普外科临床带教中的应用

Application of Clinical Path Teaching in Clinical Teaching of General Surgery in Primary Hospitals

目的:探讨临床路径教学法在基层医院普外科实习医生带教中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年6月-2019年9月在笔者所在医院普外科实习的24例实习医生作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表法分两组,每组12例。对照组实习医生采用传统普外科带教,观察组医生采用临床路径教学法带教,比较两组出科综合成绩、实习医生对带教工作、科室对实习医生满意度及实习医生对带教效果评价情况。结果:观察组理论知识得分、实践操作得分、案例分析得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习医生对带教工作满意度评分、科室对实习医生满意度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组实习医生对带教效果总体评价高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在普外科实习医生带教中应用临床路径教学法可增强实习医生的理论知识和临床操作技能掌握程度,提高医生的积极性,同时也可以获得实习医生对带教、科室对实习医生的认可,满意度高,值得推广应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of clinical path teaching method in the teaching of general practitioners in primary hospitals.Method:A total of 24 interns who practiced in general surgery of our hospital from June 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the main research subjects.They were divided into two groups randomly,12 cases in each group.The interns in the control group were taught by traditional general surgery mothod.The interns in the observation group were taught by the clinical path teaching method,the comprehensive results of the two groups of interns,the interns satisfaction to the teaching work,the department satisfaction to the interns,and evaluation of teaching effect by interns were compared.Result:All the scores of theoretical knowledge,practical operation and case analysis in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The scores of the interns satisfaction to the teaching work and the department satisfaction to the interns in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The overall evaluation of teaching effect by interns in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of clinical path teaching method in the teaching of interns in department of general surgery in primary hospitals can enhance the theoretical knowledge and clinical operation skills of interns,improve the enthusiasm of interns,and also obtain the recognition of the interns as well as the department.It gained high satisfaction,and is worth promoting.
