刺络放血配合艾灸疗法对腰背肌筋膜炎患者疼痛症状及功能障碍指数的影响

The effect of blood letting and moxibustion on pain symptoms and dysfunction index in patients with fasciitis of lumbodorsal muscles

目的探讨刺络放血配合艾灸疗法治疗腰背肌筋膜炎对患者疼痛症状及功能障碍指数的影响。方法选择我院就诊的85例腰背肌筋膜炎患者,随机分为对照组43例、观察组42例。对照组给予单纯刺络放血治疗,观察组加用艾灸疗法治疗,于治疗3个月后比较2组临床疗效、疼痛症状评分及功能障碍指数。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后疼痛症状评分、功能障碍指数均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论刺络放血联合艾灸疗法可增强腰背肌筋膜炎患者治疗效果,减轻疼痛症状,改善功能障碍,值得进一步推广。

Objective To explore the effect of blood letting and moxibustion on the pain symptoms and dysfunction index of patients with lumbodorsal myofascitis.Methods 85 patients with LBM fasciitis were randomly divided into two groups:control group(43 cases)and observation group(42 cases).The control group was treated with simple pricking and bloodletting,and the observation group was treated with moxibustion.After 3 months of treatment,the clinical efficacy,pain symptom score and dysfunction index of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion acupuncture and moxibustion can enhance the therapeutic effect,relieve the pain symptoms and improve the dysfunction of patients with lbmf,which is worthy of further promotion.
