Irganox 1010对玻璃纤维沥青混合料低温性能影响研究

摘要 通过在基质沥青中添加不同掺量Irganox 1010制备AC-16改性纤维沥青混合料,进行低温间接拉伸试验,分析Irganox1010对玻璃纤维沥青混合料低温性能的影响。结果表明:Irganox 1010对玻璃纤维沥青混合料破坏应变和模量的影响相较于劈裂抗拉强度更为显著。其中,破坏劲度模量随Irganox 1010掺量提高呈线性增长趋势,当掺量为1%时破坏拉伸应变最大,而劈裂抗拉强度指标随Irganox 1010掺量变化不明显。综合分析玻璃纤维沥青混合料低温性能指标,为实现其良好的低温路用性能,建议工程实际应用中Irganox 1010掺量为1%为宜。 Ac-16 modified fiber asphalt concrete was prepared by adding different amounts of Irganox 1010 to the matrix asphalt.The indirect tensile test at low temperature was conducted to analyze the influence of antioxidant on the low temperature performance of glassfiber asphalt concrete.The results showed that the effect of Irganox 1010 on the failure strain and modulus of glass fiber asphalt concrete was more significant than that on the splitting tensile strength.Among them,the failure stiffness modulus increased linearly with the increase of Irganox 1010 content.When the content was 1%,the failure tensile strain reached its maximum,while the splitting tensile strength index did not change significantly with the content of antioxidant.Based on the comprehensive analysis of the low temperature performance index of glassfiber asphalt concrete,it is recommended that the content of Irganox 1010 should be 1%in the practical application of the project in order to achieve its good low temperature road performance.
