建筑工程施工安全管理中BIM技术的运用研究

我国建筑行业的发展速度与经济的发展速度相适应,均在不断的快速发展。随着政府部门要求认真落实"坚持安全第一、预防为主"的安全管理方针政策。在建筑工程施工中发生的安全事故已越来越引起社会各行业人员的重视,安全问题已影响到了社会的稳定发展。因此,对于建筑工程施工安全管理的要求也越来越高。BIM技术在安全要求的背景下应运而生,使用该技术可有效解决建筑工程施工安全问题。文章就详细阐述了BIM技术的应用价值和使用特点,就BIM技术在建筑工程施工安全管理中的问题来提出具体使用BIM的策略。

The development speed of China’s construction industry is consistent with the economic speed,and it is developing rapidly.However,the safety accidents happened in the construction site of the construction project have become the attention of all sectors of the society,and the safety problems have been affecting the stable development of the society.Therefore,the requirements for the construction safety management of construction projects are becoming higher and higher.BIM technology comes into being in the context of safety requirements.Using this technology can effectively solve the construction safety problems.In this paper,the application value and application characteristics of BIM technology are described in detail,and the strategy of using BIM technology in construction safety management is put forward.
