摘要
工业4.0,大数据、人工智能等技术的迅猛发展,创新驱动发展战略、人才强国战略、新工科高校发展计划的实施,在推动以"四新"为标志的新经济迅猛发展的同时,给我国创新创业人才的培养提出更高的要求,也暴露了高校创新创业教育发展中存在发展理论不牢、专业活力不足、学生创新能力不强以及创新创业型教师人才队伍发展滞后等许多问题。针对这些问题,从五个方面开展深入研究,提出相应的解决思路和方案方法:高校创新创业教育经济发展理论;适应各领域快速发展的要求,进行专业综合改革,不断发掘和增强专业潜能;以学生为中心,促进学生创新创业能力全面发展,推进教育公平;培养和构建创新创业型教师队伍。
The rapid development of industry 4.0,artificial intelli-gence,big data and other technologies,the progressive implementa-tion of the innovation-driven development national strategy and talent power strategy,the vigorous implementation of the New Engi-neering higher education programs,vigorously promote the rapiddevelopment of new economy marked by "Four New".There aremany problems in the development of innovation and entrepreneur-ship education in colleges and universities,such as weak develop-ment theory,inadequate professional vitality,inadequate innovative ability of students and lagging development of innovative and entre-preneurship teachers.Conduct in-depth research on these issues,first,economic development theory of Innovation and entrepre-neurship education in colleges and universities is proposed.Then,the paper puts forward the method of the comprehensive professionalreform,and constantly explore and enhance professional potentialto adapt to the requirements of rapid development in various fields.Thirdly,it studies how to focus on students,promote the all-round development of students’ Innovative and entrepreneurial ability and promote education equity.Finally,the cultivation and construction ofinnovative and entrepreneurship-oriented teachers are also deeply studied.And the corresponding solutions and methods are put for-ward too.
