肝癌是我国常见的恶性肿瘤之一,属于中医"癥瘕""积聚"等范畴。陈教授从事中西医结合消化道肿瘤临床和学术研究,在治疗肝癌方面经验丰富,提出肝癌发病由外邪入侵、正气虚弱、瘀毒互结所致,抓住早中期肝癌"正虚邪实"的病机特点,治疗上坚守中西并重:发挥西医微创直中病灶、中医辨证整体调治的优势,进行分期分微创方法辨病证论治,走西医与中医相结合、局部与整体相结合、中药内服与中医外治相结合的治疗肝癌模式,临床疗效显著。

Liver cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in China,and belongs to the category of"symptoms"and"accumulation"in traditional Chinese medicine.Professor Chen has engaged in the clinical and academic research of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of digestive tract tumors and has rich experience in the treatment of liver cancer.Professor Chen proposes that the incidence of liver cancer is caused by invasion of external evils,weakness of qi and stagnation,and grasping the early and mid-stage liver cancer.The characteristics of the pathogenesis,treatment and adherence lay the emphasis on both Chinese and Western:the advantages of Western medicine minimally invasive straight lesions,TCM syndrome differentiation,the treatment of small-invasive methods of disease differentiation,the combination of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine,partial and overall integration.The combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment of liver cancer model has a significant clinical effect.
