王世荣教授运用“去宛陈莝”法治疗糖尿病肾病

Professor Wang Shirong’s treatment of diabetic nephropathy with "Quwan Chencuo" method

"瘀血、水湿"是糖尿病肾病进展中的重要因素,贯穿糖尿病肾病的始终,导师王世荣教授依据《黄帝内经》中"去宛陈莝"法,按照糖尿病肾病的病机根本,结合其病机特点,总结出益气养阴、活血利水,健脾升清、活血利水,补脾益肾、活血利水,温阳利水、消癥化浊四法治疗糖尿病肾病,具体整理如下。

"Blood stasis and dampness"is an important factor in the progression of diabetic nephropathy,and it runs throughout diabetic nephropathy,Professor Wang Shirong proposes to treat diabetic nephropathy according to the method of"Quwan Chencuo"recorded in Huangdi’s Internal Classics,based on the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy and combining its pathogenesis characteristics.The four methods include nourishing qi and nourishing yin,activating blood circulation and diuresis,invigorating spleen and raising clear water,activating blood circulation and diuresis,invigorating spleen and tonifying kidney,activating blood circulation and diuretic water,warming yang and diuretic water,eliminating turbidity of diabetes mellitus,which are summarized in this paper.
