摘要
"脉证并治"是《伤寒论》最主要的特点,紧脉则是其最主要的脉象之一,更是"太阳伤寒"的主脉,然而它在《伤寒论》其他篇节也频繁出现,且具有不同的辨证意义。本文基于"开阖枢"理论从《伤寒论》"阳明篇"中涉及紧脉的189条、192条、201条、221条等条文出发开展研究,以期挖掘紧脉在"阳明病"辨证施治的意义,进一步更好地指导临床应用。
The organic combination of pulse diagnosis and dialectical therapy is the most important characteristic of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The tight pulse is one of the most important pulse tracings,and it is the main pulse of cold-stroke syndrome of Taiyang channel.Having different meanings,it also appears frequently in other articles of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Basing on the viewpoint of"Open-close-pivo",this paper intends to analyze the articles 189,192,201 and 221 in Yangming disorder article of the book in order to explore the significance of Yangming disorder(阳明病)in syndrome differentiation and treatment of"Yangming disease",and further better guide the clinical application.
