糖足康洗剂足熏洗对早期糖尿病足血管内皮功能的影响

Effects of Tangzukang lotion on vascular endothelial function with early diabetic foot

目的:分析探讨糖足康洗剂足熏洗对早期糖尿病足患者血管内皮功能的影响。方法:将126例糖尿病足患者采取随机数字表法分成观察组、安慰组及对照组各42例,研究过程中脱落5例,剔除1例,最终有效病例120例,观察组、安慰组及对照组各40例。对照组予基础治疗;观察组基础治疗加用糖足康洗剂进行足熏洗;安慰组在基础治疗上以温白开水加入色素进行足熏洗。观察三组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后踝臂指数(Ankle/Brachial Index,ABI)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor,VEGF)、内源性一氧化氮(Nitric Oxide,NO)及血管内皮素-1(Endothelin-1,ET-1)的变化情况。结果:①观察组的总有效率为80.0%(32/40),明显高于安慰组的52.5%(21/40)和对照组的32.5%(13/40),差异有统计学意义(P <0.01);②观察组的ABI值较前升高(P <0.05),安慰组及对照组稍降低,无统计学意义(P> 0.05);③三组VEGF水平均较前升高(P <0.01),观察组更优(P <0.05);④三组NO水平较均前升高,观察组、安慰组有统计学意义(P <0.01),观察组更优(P<0.05);⑤三组ET-1水平均较前降低(P <0.01),三组之间无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论:糖足康洗剂足熏洗对早期糖尿病足患者具有良好的治疗效果,可能与其改善患者的ABI值及血管内皮功能有关。

Objective:To analyze and investigate the effects of Tangzukang lotion on vascular endothelial function in patients with early diabetic foot.Methods:120 cases of patients with diabetic foot were divided into the observation group(40 cases),the placebo group(40 cases)and the control group(40 cases).The patients of control group were treated with basal treatment,the comfort group were treated with basal treatment and similar looking placebos for fumigation,while the patients of observation group were treated with basal treatment and Tangzukang lotion for fumigation.The treatment effects and changes of ankle brachial index(ABI),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),endogenous nitric oxide(NO)and endothelin-1(ET-1)of three groups were observed and compared.Results:After the appropriate treatment,1.The total effective rate of the observation group was 80.0%(32/40),which was significantly higher than 52.5%(21/40)of the placebo group and 32.5%(13/40)of the control group.(P<0.05);2.The ABI value of the observation group was increased a(P<0.05),while the other two were slightly lower(P>0.05);3.The VEGF levels of the three groups were all decreased than that before treatment(P<0.01),and the observation group got more(P<0.05);4.The levels of NO in the three groups were higher than that before treatment,and there were statistical differences between the observation group and the placebo group(P<0.01),and the observation group got more(P<0.05);5.The levels of ET-1 in the three groups were lower than that before treatment(P<0.01),and there was no statistical difference among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Tangzukang lotion can get good clinical results in foot fumigation treatment of early diabetic foot patients,it can improve the ABI values and endothelial function of patients,which has an important clinical significance.
