探讨地塞米松联合异烟肼胸腔内注射治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效

Clinical effect of intrathoracic injection of dexamethasone and isoniazid on tuberculous pleurisy

目的:探讨地塞米松联合异烟肼胸腔内注射治疗结核性胸膜炎的临床疗效。方法:选取河源市人民医院于2017年5月-2018年12月收治的100例结核性胸膜炎患者,按照住院先后循序分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组采用地塞米松联合异烟肼胸腔内注射治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组的治疗有效率94.0%(47/50)高于对照组,且在临床症状消失时间、胸水吸收时间、住院时间等方面均短于对照组,同时,观察组的并发症发生率22.0%(11/50)低于对照组48.0%(24/50),具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:采用地塞米松联合异烟肼治疗结核性胸膜炎可提高的临床治疗效果,不良反应少,安全性更高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intrathoracic injection of dexamethasone and isoniazid on tuberculous pleurisy.Methods:100 patients with tubercular pleurisy admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to December 2018 were selected and successively divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drug therapy,while the observation group was treated with intrathoracic injection of dexamethasone combined with isoniazid,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.0%(47/50),which was higher than that in the control group,and the time of disappearance of clinical symptoms,absorption time of pleural effusion,length of hospital stay were shorter than those in the control group.Meanwhile,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 22.0%(11/50),which was lower than that in the control group 48.0%(24/50),which was with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dexamethasone combined with isoniazid in the treatment of tuberculous pleurisy can improve the clinical effect,it has less adverse reactions and higher safety,which is worthy of clinical application.
