中医护理技术预防护理下肢深静脉血栓的研究进展

Research progress of TCM nursing technology in preventing and nursing deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs

下肢深静脉血栓是长期卧床、产后和大型手术后等常见的并发症,发生率高,预后严重。采取积极有效的中医护理技术预防护理下肢深静脉血栓形成(Deep Vein Thrombosis, DVT)是临床护理工作的重点。现从下肢DVT的临床表现、危险因素、风险评估工具、中医护理等方面的研究进展进行综述,以期为临床护理人员预防护理下肢DVT提供参考。

Deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of lower limbs is a common complication of long-term bed rest,postpartum and largescale surgery,with a high incidence and serious prognosis.It is the key point of clinical nursing work to adopt active and effective TCM nursing technology to prevent and nurse DVT of lower limbs.This article reviews the clinical manifestations,risk factors,risk assessment tools and TCM nursing of lower extremity DVT in order to provide reference for clinical nursing staff to prevent and nurse lower limb DVT.
