分析丹参川芎嗪注射液在脑血栓疾病中的效果

Efficacy of salvia miltiorrhizae injection on cerebral thrombosis

目的:分析丹参川芎嗪注射液在脑血栓疾病中的效果。方法:选择我院在2016年9月-2017年12月期间收治的脑血栓患者86例,将其随机分为对照组与观察组,各组43例。对照组患者给予血栓通注射液进行治疗,观察组患者给予丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、治疗前后的椎基底动脉血流速度、血液黏度、血脂水平、神经功能损伤情况、日常生活能力以及肢体运动功能。结果:观察组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者对比治疗前的椎基底动脉血流速度、血液黏度、血脂水平、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health Stroke Scale,NHISS)评分、Barthel指数及Fugl-Meyer运动功能均无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组各项指标水平与评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在脑血栓疾病中采用丹参川芎嗪注射液进行治疗效果显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状和预后效果,减少不良反应发生情况,有利于提高患者的生活质量,具有临床应用价值。

Objective:To analyze efficacy of salvia miltiorrhizae injection on cerebral thrombosis.Methods:From September 2016 to December 2017,86 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,43 cases in each.The control group was given the Xueshuantong injection(血栓通注射液);and the observation group were treated with the salvia miltiorrhizae injection.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P﹤0.05).The vertebral basilar artery blood flow velocity,blood viscosity,blood lipid level,NHISS score,Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer motor function were compared between the two groups.There was no significant difference(P﹥0.05).The levels and scores of the indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The salvia miltiorrhizae injection on cerebral thrombosis shows good effects,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and prognosis of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the quality of life of patients,and has clinical application value.
