微创颅内血肿清除术联合针灸治疗脑出血的疗效

Efficacy of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma removal plus acupuncture on cerebral hemorrhage

目的:分析评价在脑出血治疗过程中应用微创颅内血肿清除术联合针灸康复治疗措施的临床应用价值。方法:调取本院2018年1月-2019年1月收治的118例脑出血患者作为研究对象,均给予微创颅内血肿清除术进行治疗,以均衡理念为基准,将其分成对照组和观察组;对照组施以常规康复治疗,观察组应用针灸康复治疗;评估两组患者颅内血肿、血肿周围水肿情况,神经功能缺损评分、炎性因子指标、中医症状评分以及临床治疗有效率。结果:治疗后两组相较而言,颅内血肿、血肿周围水肿情况对比差异明显(P<0.05)。治疗前,对比两组患者神经功能缺损评分没有明显变化,P>0.05,采取治疗措施以后,观察组患者神经功能缺损评分和对照组相比较具有明显差异,P<0.05;治疗以后,观察组患者炎性因子指标改善情况明显优于治疗前和同期对照组,P<0.05。和对照组患者相比较,观察组患者中医症状积分改善情况具有显著优势,且临床治疗有效率明显较高,组间数据对比P均<0.05。结论:在脑出血患者治疗过程中采取微创颅内血肿清除术联合针灸康复治疗措施有利于减轻对患者脑组织的损伤,值得推广。

Objective:To analyze and evaluate the clinical application value of minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation plus acupuncture on cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:118 patients were treated by minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation.Based on the concept of balance,they were divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated by acupuncture.Results:After treatment,the intracranial hematoma and edema around the hematoma showed a differentce between the two groups(P﹤0.05).After treatment,the neurological deficit scores and indexes in the observation group were better than the control group(P﹤0.05).The improvement of factor index was significantly better than the control group,P﹤0.05.Compared with the control group,the improvement of TCM symptom scores in the observation group had significant advantages,and the clinical treatment efficiency was significantly higher,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:Minimally invasive intracranial hematoma evacuation plus acupuncture on cerebral hemorrhage is effective,by reducing the damage to the brain tissue of patients,which is worthy of promotion.
