推拿结合药物治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病的临床疗效观察

Observation on treating hyperplasia of mammary glands of the Ganyu Tanning type by massage plus medicine

目的:分析推拿结合药物治疗肝郁痰凝型乳腺增生病(Hyperplastic Disease of Breast,HDB)的临床疗效。方法:以2017年1月-2018年12月间入本院治疗的75例肝郁痰凝型HDB为研究主体,分成A组和B组,分别为41例与34例。A组给予推拿联合药物治疗,B组给予药物单纯治疗。对比临床疗效。结果:两组的治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前A组与B组的中医症状积分相比无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后A组的乳房肿块、乳房疼痛、伴随症状评分均低于B组,P<0.05;治疗后两组血清促黄体生成素(Luteinizing Hormone,LH)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)水平均高于治疗前,血清雌二醇(E2)、催乳素(Prolactin,PRL)水平均低于治疗前,A组改善情况优于B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:为肝郁痰凝型HDB患者行推拿+药物治疗可改善其临床症状,减轻其乳房疼痛感、利于肿块消除,具有较高的治疗价值。

Objective:To analyze clinical efficacy of massage plus medicine on hyperplasia of mammary glands of the Ganyu Tanning type(肝郁痰凝型).Methods:75 cases were divided into 2 groups.41 cases in were group A were given massage plus medicine.34 cases in group B were given medicine simply.Results:The total efficiency in group A was better than group B(P﹤0.05).The breast mass,breast pain,and associated symptoms scores in group A were lower than those in group B,P﹤0.05.The levels of serum LH and P in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the levels of serum E2 and PRL were lower than before treatment.The improvement in group A was better than that in group B(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:Massage plus medicine on hyperplasia of mammary glands of the Ganyu Tanning type shows good effects,can reduce breast pain and eliminate lumps.
