益气温阳通络方配合灸疗贴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效及对疼痛介质以及血清炎性因子影响

Efficacy of the Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo prescription plus moxibustion patches on pain mediums and serum inflammatory factors in patients with frozen shoulder

目的:分析益气温阳通络方配合灸疗贴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:对两组肩周炎患者分别采用灸疗贴和益气温阳通络方配合灸疗贴治疗。结果:研究组的治愈率和有效率均明显比对照组高,差异显著(P<0.05);两组经治疗后的关节活动度、疼痛、肌力以及日常生活活动评分都比治疗前有所升高,差异显著(P<0.05)并且研究组升高的程度比对照组更大,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组患者的前列腺素E2(Prostaglandin E2,PGE2)、5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor Necrosis Factor-α,TNF-α)和白介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)水平均和治疗前相比明显降低(P<0.05),并且低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气温阳通络方配合灸疗贴治疗肩周炎的临床疗效显著,能够缓解疼痛,降低炎症,改善肩关节活动能力。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo prescription(益气温阳通络方)plus moxibustion patches on pain mediums and serum inflammatory factors of patients with frozen shoulder.Methods:The control group was treated by moxibustion patches and the study group was treated with the Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo prescription plus moxibustion patches.Results:The cure rate and efficiency in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P﹤0.05).The joint activity,pain,muscle strength and daily life in groups were higher than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and those in the study group was higher than the control group(P﹤0.05).The PGE2,5-HT,and TNF-αand IL-6 levels in the study group were significantly lower than before treatment(P﹤0.05),and those were lower than the control group(P﹤0.05).Conclusion:The Yiqi Wenyang Tongluo prescription plus moxibustion patches shows effects on frozen shoulder,can alleviate pain,reduce inflammation,and improve shoulder mobility.
