中医护理促进中风偏瘫患者康复的临床分析

An analysis of TCM nursing for stroke hemiplegia

目的:分析中医护理是否能够促进中风偏瘫患者康复的临床价值。方法:在2017年5月-2019年5月间,以"计算机随机法"的方式选取我院100例中风偏瘫患者,分成两组,各50例,其中对照组为常规护理,观察组为中医护理。结果:观察组治疗后美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIH Stroke Scale,NIHSS)评分、血浆粘度、全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、红细胞比容、部分凝血活酶时间(Activated Partial Thromboplastin Time,APTT)、凝血酶原时间(Prothrombin Time,PT)、D-二聚体(D-dimer,D-D)、纤维蛋白原(Fibrinogen,FIB)均低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:对中风偏瘫患者来说,将中医护理作用在患者的康复期间其效果明显且起到一定的积极意义,具有推广价值。

Objective:To analyze clinical value of TCM nursing for stroke hemiplegia.Methods:From May 2017 to May 2019,100 cases were divided into two groups,50 cases in each.The control group was given conventional nursing,and the observation group was given TCM nursing.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS score,plasma viscosity,whole blood high-cut and low-cut viscosity,hematocrit,APTT,PT,D-D and FIB in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:TCM nursing for stroke hemiplegia shows good effects,and is worthy of promotion.
