中医护理干预改善心肺气虚兼血瘀心衰便秘症状的效果观察

Effective observation on treating heart failure constipation of the Xinfei Qixu Xueyu type by TCM nursing

目的:中医护理干预改善心肺气虚兼血瘀心衰便秘症状的效果观察。方法:随机选取在我院中医科住院治疗的心肺气虚兼血瘀心衰便秘患者60例,分成对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组遵医嘱予以强心利尿扩冠药物等基础治疗,按心衰疾病常规护理,包括休息、给氧、限制水钠及其他对症护理。观察组在对照组心衰疾病常规护理基础上加中医护理,比较两组治疗效果。结果:两组实施护理后进行临床效果比对,统计学分析可知,研究组总有效率对照组总有效率,经χ2检验,组间比较P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:在改善心肺气虚兼血瘀心衰便秘方面,中医护理干预能有效改善患者情绪,缓解便秘症状,提高心衰患者生活质量,提高护理服务满意度。

Objective:To observe efficacy of TCM nursing on heart failure constipation of the Xinfei Qixu Xueyu type(心肺气虚兼血瘀).Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given basic treatment such as cardiotonic diuretic and crown-expanding drugs according to the doctor’s advice,and received conventional nursing for heart failure diseases,including rest,oxygen inhalation,restriction of water and sodium intake,and other symptomatic nursing.The observation group was given TCM nursing more.Results:The total efficiency in the study group was higher than the control group,P﹤0.05.Conclusion:The TCM nursing intervention can effectively improve the mood of patients,relieve constipation symptoms,improve the quality of life of patients with heart failure,and improve the satisfaction degree of nursing service.
