精细化护理质量管理在中西医结合手术室中的应用

Application of refined nursing quality management with the integrative medicine in the operating room

目的:分析精细化护理质量管理在中西医结合手术室中的应用效果。方法:选取我院收治的需要进行手术治疗的患者548例作为研究对象,并依据随机的原则、按照就诊顺序分成实验组(精细化护理质量管理)和对照组(常规护理),每组274例,对比两组患者治疗情况。结果:采用中西医精细化护理患者和医生满意度均较高,明显高于常规护理组,同时,实验组患者焦虑、抑郁程度较低,术中肌肉较为放松,手术适应性较高,两组结果对比差异具有统计学意义。结论:在中西医结合手术室中采用精细化护理质量管理显著提高患者满意度,改善患者情绪,提高治疗依从性,有利于医生开展治疗和良好护患关系的建立。

Objective: To analyze the application effect of refined nursing quality management with the integrative medicine in the operating room. Methods: 548 patients were divided into the experimental group(refined nursing quality management) and control group(routine nursing), 274 patients in each group. Results: The satisfaction of patients and doctors the experimental group was higher than the control group. At the same time, the patients in the experimental group showed lower levels of anxiety and depression, more relaxed muscles during surgery, and higher surgical adaptability. Conclusion: Refined nursing quality management with the integrative medicine in the operating room can significantly improve patient satisfaction and mood, treatment compliance, which is conducive to doctors’ treatment and the establishment of good nurse-patient relationship.
