生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗糖尿病的效果观察

Observation on treating diabetic with Shengmai San plus the Liuwei Dihuang decoction

目的:探讨对糖尿病患者给予生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗后获得的临床效果。方法:选择我院2015年5月-2017年4月收治的84例糖尿病患者作为实验对象;数字奇偶法分组。比照组(42例)予以西药治疗;实验组(42例)给予生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗;对比用药效果。结果:实验组糖尿病患者治疗总有效率、血糖水平、用药后不同时间段并发症发生率以及各项血脂指标水平均优于比照组明显(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病患者于临床接受生脉散合六味地黄汤加减治疗后,利于病情疗效提升、血糖控制水平提升以及不同时间段并发症发生率降低。

Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of Shengmai San(生脉散)plus the Liuwei Dihuang decoction(六味地黄汤)on diabetic.Methods:84 diabetic patients were divided into two groups,42 cases in each.The control group was given western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was given Shengmai San plus the Liuwei Dihuang decoction.Results:The total efficiency,blood glucose level,incidence of complications at different time periods after medication and various lipid indexes in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengmai San plus the Liuwei Dihuang decoction on diabetic shows good effects,can improve the level of blood glucose control and reduce the incidence of complications in different time periods.
